| INSURANCE, CONVEYANCE, POSTAL, TELEX AND CUSTOMS BROKERS |

Insurance
expenses for carrying cash onboard and conveyance expense (cars, motorboats etc.) daily
expenses for trips out of the town, postages, telephone, telex, as well as similar
expenses, which the Agent incurs in the interest of the Principal, are not included in the
Agenecy fees set forth by this Decree and shall be charged separately, provided they are
documented The charges incurred by the Agent for the intervention of the custom house
broker and related forrmali-ties, shall be debited separately. |

| ARTICLE 25 |
| FORMALITIES IN OVERTIME |

If the
Principal has not registered office in Italy the Agent shall be entitled, for vessels
arriving or sailing after 1400 hours of Saturday, Sunday and Holiday, to a fee equal to |

| FORMALITIES FOR CRUDE OIL WASHING |

For carrying out formalities for C.O.W. the
Agent, when the Principal has not a registered head office in Italy is
entitled to a lumpsum fee |

following inspection by Port Authority are not in compliance with safety
regulations, the agent is entitled to a fee |

For carrying out formalities and assignments for
vistis of Maritime Authtorities for memorandum of Paris, the ship agent is

If the presence of agent is requested by the
qualified Authorities like coordinator of the activities relating to I.S.P.S.
code, the ship agent is entitled to a fee |

When the ship Agent is requested by the Owners
or by the Master to carry out the formalities to obtain the permission to
perform works on board by using flames, he is entitled to a fee |

For carrying out the formalities to obtain the
permission for the temporary introduction of weapons within the national
border the Ship Agent is entitled to a fee |

When owners or master requesting from the agent
to attend according to customs' formaities (Reg. 648/2005) for the advanced
presentation of EXS\ENS in order to comply with E.U. regulations, a
compensation will be due, to be agreed between parties. |

obtain the ‘nulla osta’ for loading / unloading of solid bulk cargoes ex D.M.
